When something affects a service, we post an update here as soon as we know, and keep updating it until it is resolved. Planned maintenance is announced in advance, with the time window and the services affected.

NB-IoT connectivity disruptions following Telia maintenance
Resolved - NB-IoT connectivity has recovered well following Telia's network maintenance, and communication levels are now back to normal.

We consider the incident resolved and will continue to monitor connectivity.

Monitoring - Telia has carried out network maintenance that may have affected connectivity for some of our NB-IoT devices.

Affected devices are automatically attempting to reconnect. Following repeated unsuccessful attempts, the time between retries increases, which may result in delayed meter data.

We expect normal operation to be restored within the next 24 hours.
